Guide For Life

Get To Know Me

A Little Bit About Myself

I’m married to my husband, Blake, and together we’re raising our four young kids in the same hometown we both grew up in. We live on a 37.5-acre piece of farmland that we love to explore as a family—no animals yet, but we’ve got big plans. Life is messy, a little loud, and so full—just the way we like it.

My Mission & Approach

My mission is to help women feel empowered and informed about their hormones. I believe every woman deserves to know what’s normal, what’s not, and how to care for her body with confidence. I keep things simple, science-backed, and practical—so you can take action without the overwhelm.

You’re not crazy, lazy, or broken. You’re hormonal—and we can fix that.

Life Experience

My Own Journey

I’ve always known I wanted to be a mom. So when I stopped birth control at 27 and lost my period for over 9 months—with no answers from my providers—I felt confused and frustrated. That experience sparked a deep dive into learning everything I could about female hormones.

The more I learned, the more I shared. And before long, I knew this knowledge was too important to keep to myself. That’s when this business was born—with a mission to help other women find the answers I never had.
